Terms and conditions about returning Tikishiki handbags
Returns and Exchanges
Tikishiki's goal is to make returns & exchanges as easy as possible. We want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your selection, please let us know as soon as possible with an email or phone call so we can provide a solution.
In many cases an exchange can be issued or a store credit that you can use anytime. We will issue refunds in certain circumstances. We will not accept a return or exchange on items that have been worn or custom made.
Please understand we are a limited edition custom design boutique, many of our items are one to three-of-a-kind and depending on our stock levels and materials, may not be available in all sizes.
To exchange or return an item for store credit, please email as soon as possible or call us (808) 346-0902 so we are aware of the situation and can best assist you.
Your return must be post-marked within 7 days of the original ship date. It must also include your order number and your name and address on the return label of your package.
Unidentified packages will not be accepted.
Shipping and handling are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend that your insure your return and get a delivery confirmation (signature not required) in case your package gets lost in transit.
