Terms and conditions about returning Tikishiki handbags
Returns and Exchanges
Tikishiki's goal is to make returns & exchanges as easy as possible. We want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied please let us know as soon as possible with an email or phone call so we can figure out a solution.
In many cases an exchange can be issued or a credit that you can use anytime. We will issue refunds in certain circumstances. We will not accept a return or exchange on items that have been used or custom created.
Please understand we are a limited edition custom design boutique, many of our items are one to three-of-a-kind.
To exchange or return an item for store credit, please email as soon as possible or call us at (808) 346-0902 so we are aware of the situation and can best assist you.
Unidentified packages will not be accepted, please include your order number or RA on the package.
Shipping and handling is non-refundable and is the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend that you insure your return in case your package gets lost in transit.
